Tech.co started with a single purpose for an startup event, quickly growing into something much larger and faster than predicted, now with millions of international followers.
The unanticipated growth in the business resulted in the typical growing pains of startups which they were connecting. Tech.Co moved into various different directions and content types, however there appeared to be a lack of clarity of how each of these activities connected and supported the overall strategy.
This project focus heavily on these core values to build the brand core / identity and to drive traffic and engagement.
My Role
My role in this project was to create a brand audit based on stakeholders interviews, user research and competitor analysis and develop the new Tech.co brand core as a start point.
I also lead the brand concepts, developing the visual direction, including the key elements for the guidelines and brand application.
On this project I worked really closely to the SEO team, CRM, Social Media, UI/UX team and developers.
