The Brief
We had been asked to create a gift for all members who has completed the management at the Management Development Academy.
We wanted to give you guys something that reminded you of the MDA and it’s lessons.
But also something that was not over branded and that you would feel comfortable having in your homes or just outside of work.

The term 'Tell me more' is a nod to the 'listen listen' approach and also the phrase 'feedback is a gift'.
